This page explains what happens to the details you give us during onboarding.
What we collect
Your name, age, phone number and language. Your conditions, medicines and how many you have left. Any prescription or blood report you upload. What you eat and avoid. The family members you add, and what you let each of them see. What you and Roopiee said during onboarding.
Why we collect it
To set up your medicine reminders, refill alerts, doctor visit reminders and food plans. We do not use it to give medical advice, and we never sell it.
Where it is kept
On servers in India. Uploaded files are private and can only be opened through links that expire.
Who can see it
You, and the family members you choose, each limited to what you allow. Your doctor sees what you choose to share.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent or ask us to delete everything at any time from the settings page. A person on our team handles each request.
