About Clinexsa
Clinexsa is an Indian health-tech company. We make two things that work together: an AI front desk for clinics, and Care Companion for patients and their families.
The front desk answers calls and WhatsApp messages, books visits and sends reminders. Care Companion calls patients for each tablet in their own language, keeps their reports in one place, and tells the family if a dose is missed.
We remind, arrange and alert. The doctor decides.
Why we built it
Most of looking after a long-term condition happens at home, between doctor visits. That is where things slip.
Tablets get missed.
People feel fine, skip a dose and forget the next one. Nobody notices until the following visit.
Clinics lose touch.
A busy clinic can’t ring every patient to ask how the month went, or whether the strip has run out.
Families are far away.
Sons and daughters in another city find out late, usually on a Sunday call.
Clinexsa was built to close that gap, on the phone the patient already has.
Our mission
We help clinics keep looking after their patients between visits. And we help families stop worrying about whether Amma took her tablets.
Built with doctors and dietitians
Care Companion does not make things up as it goes.
The reminder calls follow the prescription the doctor wrote, nothing more. The food plans follow rules written by dietitians. When a question needs a doctor, it goes to the doctor.
We sit with practising GPs and dietitians while we build, and we change things when they tell us to.

Privacy and compliance
Your health details are among the most private things you have. We handle them that way.
- DPDP compliant. Clinexsa complies with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Your data is stored in India and you decide who sees it.
- GDPR compliant. For families abroad, Clinexsa follows the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.
